6. Knowledge of LLM Models and AI techonology
7. Troubleshoot basic LAN/WAN issues, Wi-Fi connectivity problems, and VPN access.
8. Maintain documentation for technical procedures, configurations, and knowledge base articles.
9. Ensure endpoint protection and encryption tools are active and updated.
