Sr. HR Executive

This position is responsible for supporting recruitment activities by assisting in understanding the requirments, sourcing and calling suitable candidates, conducting HR interview rounds, tracking candidatures, and successfully fulfilling requirements for smooth business operations. The role requires strong organizational skills, Good Communication, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure right candidate is palpced at right position while adhering to company policies and budget guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments and levels (entry to mid-senior roles).
  2. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, role clarity, and manpower planning.
  3. Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and networking.
  4. Screen, interview, and assess candidates using structured evaluation methods.
  5. Ensure alignment of candidates with company culture and long-term goals.
  6. Drive strong employer branding initiatives and maintain talent pipelines.
  7. Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
  8. Monitor recruitment KPIs such as TAT, quality of hire, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring cost.
  9. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  10. Continuously improve hiring processes and candidate experience.

Key Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 2–4 years of experience in corporate/in-house talent acquisition.
  3. Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
  4. Strong sourcing capability across job portals and social platforms.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics.
  7. High level of confidentiality, ownership, and accountability. Exposure to HRIS/ATS systems.
  8. Experience in hiring across diverse functions (Tech, Finance, Operations, etc.).
