Enable data-driven decision-making by translating business needs into actionable insights and structured requirements. This role will help identify process gaps, improve operational efficiency, and ensure alignment between stakeholders and project outcomes. It will also support better forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning.

Job Responsibilities

Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly E-commerce reports and dashboards.
Prepare MIS reports and share business insights with management.
Track sales, inventory, returns, profitability, and operational performance.
Identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities in E-commerce operations.
Coordinate with internal teams to trigger actions based on report analysis.
Monitor reports and highlight deviations to management.
Support management in business planning and data-driven decision-making.
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.
Work on Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools for data analysis.
Maintain records and documentation related to business reports.
Assist in automation and process improvement initiatives.

Key Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advance Excel & Google Spreadsheet.

Basic understanding of Business operations and reporting.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of Power BI & SQL will be an added advantage.
