This position is responsible for managing and coordinating purchases on e-commerce platform, Responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products to customers while minimizing costs and maintaining accurate records.
Job Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to buyer messages.
Review and process refunds for specific order IDs as per company and Amazon policies.
Provide effective customer support by offering appropriate solutions to resolve issues and retain customers.
Monitor and maintain Amazon performance metrics, including: * Order Defect Rate (ODR) * Cancellation Rate * Late Shipment Rate *Invoice Defect Rate
Investigate and resolve issues related to refunds, ASINs, and account performance by raising and managing Amazon cases.
Collaborate with internal teams and Amazon support teams to expedite the resolution of pending or complex issues.
Ensure compliance with Amazon guidelines and service-level standards.
Key Skills
Good English communication. Excellent organizational skills and have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong Computer Skills with an understanding of Microsoft Excel.
