The Capital Challenge is not a business-plan competition. It is a live market trial. Every participating team receives ₹10,000 in seed capital from Acorn Universal Consultancy and is expected to run a real business — sourcing, pricing, selling, and reporting like any operator would.
There are no simulations, no hypotheticals, no rehearsed slide decks. Teams engage with actual customers in the open market and are measured on the numbers they produce and the discipline they demonstrate.
At the end of the execution window, teams present their full financials — revenue, cost of goods, margins, unit economics — to a panel drawn from Director and AGM-level executives with real investment authority.
